On 25 April at their meeting on the sidelines of the XVIII Russian Venture Forum held in Kazan with participation of Chinese representatives, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnkhanov and members of a Chinese delegation headed by the Managing Director of the RSC Industrial Investments Fund Lu Huixin discussed issues of development of bilateral relations and strengthening business contacts in the sphere of venture investments and cooperation in the venture projects market.

On 25 April at their meeting on the sidelines of the XVIII Russian Venture Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnkhanov and representatives of Russian Venture Funds and investments companies - the Director General of the Russian Venture Company Anatoliy Braverman and the Managing Director of the New Industry Venture Capital Fund Ilya Goldt  shared their opinions about the state of the current venture investments market, new trends and spheres of work of venture funds.

On 25 April at their meeting on the sidelines of the XVIII Russian Venture Forum, held with participation of about 4 thousand people at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnkhanov and Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valeriy Falkov discussed issues of further cooperation and the development of higher education system at the regional level.

On 24 April, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage sites and confined to the International Day of Historical Monuments and Sites held in the Government House of the republic, the Aid to the Rais of Tatarstan Olesya Baltusova informed that in 2024 the Rebus Forum will be held on 14-15 November. She reminded that in the current year the forum will be named “Aglomerations: Experience, Opportunities. Challenges” and will be held with participation of China “as it will take place during the ROSTCI Forum.”

On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov together with speakers and experts, investors, representatives of start-ups and venture funds, large corporations and development institutes took part in events of the “zero” day of the Russian Venture Forum dedicated to the topic of “Technological Entrepreneurship: the space of highest skills.

On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin on behalf of the Government of the republic and the Director of the VOIN Center Igor Kazarezov signed an agreement on cooperation between the Government of the republic and the Center, which envisages interaction in issues of patriotic upbringing and military and sports training of youngsters.

On 24 April, speaking at a briefing in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the Chairman of the Regional Committee on protection of Cultural Heritage Sites Ivan Guschin informed that in 2024 the Committee initiated historical and cultural expertise of nearly 100 sites and 20 archeological monuments to take them under state protection.

On 24 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov went on a working trip to Almetyevsk to take part in an alignment meeting with heads of advanced engineering schools moderated by Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valeriy Falkov and organized by the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution “Socio-center” at the scientific and education center “The Higher School of Oil”.

On 23 April, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of launching an elevator equipment production plant located in the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park (Zelenodolsk municipality of the republic).

On 23 April, speaking at a ceremony of launching the construction of the “Druzhba (Friendship) Industrial Park located in Zelenodolsk municipality of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: ”Today we are launching a new project of the industrial-logistics park Druzhba. It is a very serious project by the Yandex Company. It means big investments and new jobs for the municipality and the republic and an opportunity of manufacturing and promoting our produce.”
